Based on the Multistate Performance Test administered by the National Board of Bar examiners, the Multistate Performance require the examinee to write an essay based on a set of facts provided in the test package. During the exam, you will be required to assimilate certain pieces of information and write a comprehensive paper. Depending on the jurisdiction of the exam, the test will only last a mere 90 minutes.
